I arrived and discovered they did not take card so had to leave and go to a cash point. When I returned a gown was just thrust on me and I was told to ‘sit there!’ The lady then told me I was ‘going bald’ at the front (I have really thin hair at the front and always have done and this is something I am self conscious about’ I had to tell her what I wanted doing without her asking she just got The scissors out. To top it off the scissors she was using we’re shop bought scissors (not hairdressing)
