You can book with a certain stylist however when you turn up they don’t work there anymore. Ledge under the mirror was filthy with someone else’s hair. Combs were not cleaned at all. Hairdresser blowdried my damaged hair with no heat protectant

Did not get what I asked. Asked for shoulder length and they cut to ear. They did not even offer compensation for such a bad experience
