My son is usually quite nervous ahead of his haircuts so we only do them once in a while, but our experience with Shiny Stars has been great! James loved the aeroplane and watched Peppa Pig attentively while Sam was efficient, friendly and thorough. We loved the haircut and will start going more often as the atmosphere of the salon really put James' mind at ease and it was a stress-free experience! Thank you!

My hair has been cut lopsided with a good inch difference. The lady also cut off around 4 inches after we had agreed to only cut off an inch or so. Bitterly disappointed and upset with the outcome and would not recommend.
