My kids have never had their hair cut in a salon & one really dislikes having his hair brushed/cut - I sent this info in advance. The staff were not especially welcoming. The hair cuts were good but both kids really didn’t enjoy the experience, the staff didn’t really talk to them or help them feel at ease. right at the end they said they didn’t take card and were a bit rude when I questioned why they hadn’t let me know so We had to go out of our way to get cash. I won’t be going back.
