Very helpful and super friendly staff, they walked me through everything which was very useful as a first time floater. It was great to have the little area at the back fully equipped for hairdrying, even a straightener, very thoughtful. A beautiful cup of tea was waiting for me after my floating, it was overall a very relaxing experience, I felt welcome and safe

I bought this swedish massage as a gift for my partner. He enjoyed the massage but was a little disappointed as it stated it was for a 45 minute treatment, but the time he was massaged for was only 30 mins - the advert for the treatment should be clearer and show 30 mins not 45
