It was a good overall manicure and the lady was very nice however I was a little worried about the fact that she didn’t seem to sterilise any of the tools after the previous client and I’m quite a germaphobe so was not impressed by that. In terms of the manicure itself, I’d give it a 6 or a 7 as the shaping of the nail was good however after leaving I spotted pieces of dust under the polish and also a few areas where the top coat wasn’t actually applied leaving the overall look nice but not perfect as one would hope for when paying for a manicure. Also she removed the full cuticle from my nail which I was not happy about as that’s not generally good practice and one of my nails is actually bleeding and has been since yesterday. But the lady was very friendly and I did attend quite late so its understandable if she may have been a little tired.

I couldn't be happier with the quality of service and the price. It is so worth supporting local branches like this rather than the big chains as there is much more attention to detail and you are so well looked after. Will be booking again.
