Good experience but the therapist wasn’t great at listening to me. Clean and nice place.
On arriving the salon was empty. The owner was darting in and out and said I'd booked the wrong thing and said I would have to pay another £10 more for the conditioning treatment. So I declined and just had the blow dry. The owner(?) /stylist couldn't have been any less interested. Criticising my hair saying I needed keratin treatment and that it was in terrible condition. It's not that it isn't true but he could have been a bit gentler about it! Needless to say is I do book a keratin treatment if won't be here.
