Really disappointed. The manicure part was done well (filing nails, removing cuticles) however the therapist had no experience in Shellac manicure. The shellac polish was ridged and uneven. For some reason the shellac didn't reach the end of my nails and the therapist said it was "running away" and couldn't do anything about it. The final result was really poor and the polish started coming off a few days later. I'm really disappointed by the lack of training and experience.
Very experienced lady, excellent customer service and always welcoming with a lovely smile
