The experience went pretty well. The therapist has been kind and very professional. I enjoyed my facial. My only disappointment was that I booked (and paid) a 1hour treatment and at the end the facial lasted less than 40 minutes. The appointment was at 6pm, the therapist was late because busy with another client; my appointment started at 6:25pm and ended at 7:05pm. I am not disappointed about the delay (it can happen), but if I pay a 1hour treatment, I expect it last 1hour.
Unfortunately I dont remember the name of my therapist but she was absolutely amazing! Not only was she attentive and listened to my waxing preferences but took the care adn time to do the treatment properly. And she was so lovely too. Would really recommend .!!

Really happy with my cut. Hair also felt so soft and fresh afterward. I was given advice on my style of hair (long and knotty) and how to manage it better. Would recommend!
