Betty is a genius with highlights! She did exactly what I asked for and more! I have very difficult hair and she did so well. I can honestly say that I will go back every time. The Chic Touch team (including Holly the dog!) are friendly and accommodating - and I was in and out in 2,5 hours and left with a complimentary blow dry! Thanks Chic Touch x

The staff were spot on, friendly without being too full on, relaxed, not rushed like I find a lot of salons are. The head massage was the best I've ever had, I was so relaxed that I nearly nodded off. The way he down my highlight and cut my hair was different too, I really liked it, left me with a few options with styling it myself. I've had a few bad experiences at the hair dressers , which left me quite nervous and he has restored my faith. Will be going back and recomending her to friends!
Went to chic touch for a Brazilian Blow Dry and cut. I chose the venue as I wanted my hair cut at the same time as having the keratin treatment so I was unfamiliar with the salon / location but it was easy to find and park - the treatment takes a couple of hours but I was offered a drink and magazines to keep me entertained. The treatment worked well and my hair is much easier to handle. The haircut was very basic (I only wanted a trim) but the stylist did a good job. Overall the treatment was perfdecct back again
Had a quite good experience. Not exact cut I was going for, but colouring was an outstanding job! Great staff, good atmoshere. Fantastic value!!!!

Had a full head of highlights and a cut. Really happy, exactly what I wanted. Lady doing highlights was brilliant really understood and did what I wanted, The head massage from Ehsan was amazing!! As saloons goes I can see where critism may come from and some may complain on customer service but for me it was fine, no one was too intrusive and talkative which is what I prefer. A bit odd how you get moved from one hairdresser to the other- one sat me down, one did my highlights, two others washed my hair and another did my cut! But overall I would really recommend it and I left very pleased
