Very fast and beautiful curls its come out clean salon . They pay attention and very careful. really pleased and definitely will go back for treatments
Booked my mum in for her full head colour and cut- she loves the results, loves the salon and staff, and wants to go back for her root touch
I had a keratin treatmentand it was quick but ended up very good. My hair feel very smooth and shiny
I booked an appointment here because the promo seemed really good: 48£ for roots colour, wash and a cut or blow dry. I have highlights so I decided to call the salon beforehand to make sure I could switch the roots colouring into a highlights treatment instead, they said that would be ok and I would pay the same, so I went (knowing the offer for half head of highlights on the website was cheaper). As I got there they told me I would have to pay 20 pounds more because "highlight treatments are more expensive" I tried to talk to the salon manager because the website offer cleary stated that a half head of highlights was only 40£, 8£ less than what I had paid. Still they insisted I had to pay more. Before I could even accept this option, I was appointed an hairdresser who seemed oblivious to anything I was asking or saying and who immediately started working on my hair. She was extremely sloppy. She combined the roots colouring with highlights making a mess out of my head. She put hair product in my face, in my ear, and when I asked to please get it removed she seemed offended and came back with a piece of cotton who barely took the product of my face. After applying the colour, the pieces of foil and coloured hair kept falling in my face and despite all my requests to get a piece of paper so I could clean the ink nobody seemed to care or tried to help. After combining the two treatments and seeing the result, the colour I was left with was hideous, the root colouring was red and the highlights deep yellow. The hairdresser said she would apply a toner if I didn't like the colour (of course I didn't like it), I went from blond to red and yellow headed, so she applied the toner without mentioning I would have to pay more for that. Only after applying the product did she mention I would have to pay 10£ more for that treatment. I thought it was preposterous considering she was the one who did the mistake in the colour mix. She said it wasn't the hairdresser's fault because they never know how the hair is going to react to colour. Then she ensued to cut my hair. We had a chat about the lenght and I said I didn't want to cut much, she didn't agree and kept insisting I needed more. We came to an agreement but as soon as she started cutting, I could see she was going for the lenght she wanted. And this doesn't end here, in the end she said I had to pay 35£ extra, where did the 5£ extra come from? I was upset and she said I misunderstood and that it was 35. In the end I ended up paying 83£ on what was advertised as 48£. Needless to say, I will never go back. They're using the fact that the place is so well quoted on Treatwell to expand the business but completely cheating and fooling the customers as soon as we get there. As I was leaving the place there was a girl also questioning them about a deal and a girl crying because they cut her hair very badly. Consider yourself warned.

i came across this lovely place by chance when i was given a leaflet and i was promised i would love the end result, and so i thought why not. i came and got a keratin treatment and was so happy with the end result and time the treatment took. Lovely place great staff.
