Loving this Salon. Easy to get to. Great location. The Manager, ehsan is well qualified and has employed a combination of staff, including some who have been in the industry for a while now and qualified trainees who are very professional, polite and all provide a great service. I have recommended the salon to a number of friends and colleagues. Getting a great highlights and cut, or styling are key to day to day confidence, they definitely give you that feeling.
Arrived at 5:00pm for my appointment, as per instruction, was told I'd gotten the time wrong (I hadn't) and that I'd need to wait half an hour. Ended up waiting nearly an hour and a half. I was passed around staff members, none of whom spoke english very well. The treatment cost £55 but I was charged an extra £20. I ended up leaving at 9:35pm. It was a total shambles. Wish I hadn't paid in advance because the service was terrible.

Great service. They were very thorough as I have deceivingly thick hair and previously in other salons I have had staff rush through the highlights as it is so time consuming. This was not the case here there took great care to ensure the highlights were done to a high standard. The cut I received was also great with staff listening to what was wanted.

I had a colour and blow dry at Chic touch London. I thought it was great and highly recommend this salon. The quality for the price is fantastic.
