I love my new haircut. My stylist listened to what I wanted and checked throughout my time with her that everything was how I wanted it. My highlights are very natural and a lot of time and care was taken over the cut. It was a very natural felling salon with all the staff being friendly not only to the customers but to each other.

Everything was great except the fact that I had to pay £10 extra for another colour which should be obvious when having blond highlights (that you need to have at least two different colours). This wasn't stated on the ad.

I have a real problem with matching my roots to the rest of my hair and decided to try a salon colour instead.
blair did a brilliant job and was meticulous about matching my roots so my hair would look all the one colour and not obviously dyed. Going to get my colour done at chic touch Always from now on!
