Had a wonderful experience. This is a super friendly 'family feel' salon in Hadley Wood. Great service, smiles and technically it can't be beaten. Superb full head of foils, cut, wash and blow dry ! Highly recommended.

Hairdresser was really nice, but management should need complete change. Firstly, they had three brazilian blow drys, which made place smokey and hard to breathe. Secondly, most importantly, they were completely overbooked! I had my appointment at 6, didn't leave till past 8, because my hairdresser put highlights in and then got pulled yo serve another customer and that took about an hour. Therefore, I had colour on for about and next morning my scalp feels burned, hair looks dry and damaged. Horrible. My hair looked so much better before haircut.
