good and relaxed experience , the staff understands the things you want to be done with your hair. no surprises for the price . you know the price and that is also relaxing.
After reading the reviews I decided to try to this salon . I have been pretty disappointed by all the hairdressers in London (from the most expensive to the modest ones), but I had a real good experience with CHIC TOUCH, the staff is really nice and most important think is that the hairdresser listened to me, asked my opinion in every steps, so I finally got the exact haircut that I wanted, the highlights was as i want . I definitely will come back.
First time in salon, nice staff, happy with highlights, cut and blow dry. Deep conditioning treatment was a bit lazy but all in all I would def go back again.

Good value for money, good team , one of the best highlights I've had. Staff made sure that i left the salon feeling happy.
Lovely salon, though very busy. Fantastic hair keratin treatment blowdry done by maryam. Will definately recommend to my friends and will come back myself.
