I had a fantastic experience, booking online was fat and efficient. The hair cut at chic touch hair was great! They were polite fast and overall provided me with a great hair cut. I will definately be returning!

The salon website isn't great so I was a bit concerned it may be old fashioned but the salon was really lovely and modern inside. My hairdresser Silivia was very nice and polite although there wasn't much chit chat. She did an excellent job with the colour, usually go to Toni and Guy and it was of a similar standard. I was charged an extra £20 in total for the length and extra highlights which it clearly stated before, they also wanted an extra 25 for a blow dry which i did not pay and they just rough dried my hair. This means if you want a cut, dye, blow dry and highlights it will coast £85 which is the same as any other salon so just be aware of this beforehand. As for the cut and colour I couldn't fault, perhaps the standard of the cut wasn't brilliant but it was perfectly adequate. Not sure if it is a good deal if you have average length hair and want proper highlights.

The staff were friendly and did there best to keep you happy - offering beverages etc . I had a full head of highlights and blow dry. Apart from the appointment taking 3hrs I was happy with the service.

Highlights were done nicely but not a great ambience and staff we're talking to each other in another language whilst doing my hair which I find a bit disconcerting. Hair cut wasn't right for my hair and had to be neatened up by the owner after the original woman had done it. Blow dry wasn't right for my very curly/frizzy hair and I left looking a bit frazzled. For the price though this is an amazing deal if you want highlights done, even with the £10 extra I paid for thick hair.
