My hairdresser was awesome. She fixed up my poor, damaged hair and made them look decent again. Very professional and the venue is very clean and pleasing. Couldn't love this place more.
The venue is great, very central, easy to find and clean. I had a highlight and cut and blow the staff directing me to the right person. The woman who got my hair done was nice, not very talkative. Although the final result looked good,
The staff were lovely. I can't say exactly how good the treatment is yet as I haven't done the first wash but it seems great so far. They charged me an extra£ 25 for having thick and long hair which I didn't know about beforehand so it was £90 instead of £65.

Booked for full head of highlights and cut. Had to pay an additional £20 on arrival for length of hair (just below shoulders!) and a second colour. Girl seemed visibly bored during highlights and mentioned several times I had a lot of hair and it was taking a long time to do ( I have fine hair). The overall colour was fine but there were several quite stripey sections where the stylist was clearly rushing and not taking time to do fine foils. Service in line with the price- below average.
