The atmosphere and staff were lovely- unfortunatelythe lift has zero lift - wouldn't recommend with these results.

Mariam was great and really good at everything. I had a waxinf appointment and after the manicure done which she did both. She is really great and friendly also lots of advices to give. I would totally come back for her ✌🏼

Attention to detail was missing. I had strands hanging which I had to point out when they had finished , a good hairstylist would have checked it over not expected the client to do it. My hair looks better than it did before I went there, I am just used to such precision sadly my usual hairdresser is abroad.
Salon seemed nice and the staff were friendly on arrival but then I was taken to a room off the main floor. The door came inward and there were people having their hair done that could see in when the door opened. As I was having a Brazilian, you can imagine my discomfort. I wasn’t given a towel or anything and the therapist opened the door mid-treatment.
Comments were made about the state of things during treatment and after in front of the salon - mortifying.
And the wax was way too hot.
