It was my first time here and I was put at ease. I arrived quite late to my appointment, . I loved sitting in the massage chair whilst getting my hair washed and the hair cut was also very nice.
Friendly and relaxing environment, staff made you feel welcome and at ease , allowed staff to be attentive and caring. Will be back soon.
I loved being able to choose from great packages with all different salons. Everything was confirmed very quickly. The salon was aware of my booking so there was no awkwardness when arriving at salon.

The only bad part was that just before starting they said they will charge me £10 extra because my hair is longer than shoulder length. They should have mentioned it in the deal.
