First thing they said when I got there was that my hair was too long, and I had to pay £10 extra. They were very adamant on this, which I thought was quite unfair as my hair just goes down to my shoulders, and I was also going for a cut as well so I don't understand why they couldn't have done the cut first, or at least been a bit more polite about it rather than saying 'its all on the website, you were told before you came here!!' Wouldn't recommend this place at all.

The place was very cosy and clean and the staff always smiling. They did a very good job with my hair. Amazing highlights and cut and blow dry. I will come back. highly recommended.

I had half a head of highlights with a cut and a rough dry for £50 (I have very long hair so it cost me an extra £10). Sylvia, my colourist, was lovely. She really took the time to understand my hair and my needs and I'm really happy with the colour and cut. Thank you! I'll be back in a few months!

Great highlights, very pleased with the results. Lovely staff. Only thing to be aware of is that if your hair is longer than shoulder length it's an extra £10 (it tells you this in the terms once you have paid). Also I had to pay another £10 extra as I wanted two different shades of blonde and the offer only covers one (this was told to me at my appointment, there's nothing in the small print) so in the end I paid £60 which isn't such a fantastic saving. But still glad I went!
