The staff were welcoming and everyone was friendly and really professional. Booking an appointment was fairly easy and the staff were helpful in helping on the phone. The service was good and I actually booked another appointment for a different treatment. Hopefully that turns out well! Overall a good experience.
If you are on a budget - this is a place you may consider visiting. It's not great. When choosing the colour, the hairdresser spoke to me 4seconds before she said "OK" and started mixing the dye... no comment! My hairdresser was NOT gentle at all! I felt he treated my hair like broom! You could see, he did not have much experience in making highlights either. He also spoke with other hairdressers in his own language, very loudly - so it was difficult to relax... same thing when washing hair - that's the time when you should relax, but no he would talk and talk... I got a backache from twisting and turning my head, and the whole body, so he could do proper highlights. Again, if you are on a budget you may consider this place, otherwise I would not recommend.

I had a Brazilian dry Keratin treatment ,it is been a great result as it was my second time in chic-touch.have awarded it 5 stars. pleased with the result.
Will be back again!!! Personnel was friendly and professional . I'm impressed with the service, very lovely staff and good quality products. Nice music, free drinks etc Thank you.
Excellent staff who make you feel welcome,listen to what you want and are very professional .Great value for money, very handy that they are open on a Sunday too.Would recommend
