It was ok apart from that a had half head high lights and they wanted to charge me like full head. That's because I first booked to have a full head then I called them and changed for half. Even though they said that I would have to pay full head because I needed to have changed on the Treatwell website and nobody told me that when I called the venue and changed with them. I had to discussed with the receptionist until he decided to call the Treatwell website service costumer to sort it out.

Amazing customer service, most friendly hairdressers I've ever encountered! Fantastic results from highlight colour, cut and blow-dry.my blond highlight it looks great! Definitely going back for a keratin treatment in a few weeks and definitely going back for highlights and touch ups. Very friendly environment .thanks guys!
The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Knowledge about highlights and hair cut were excellent and so were the results. Great customer service and excellent value for money

They did exactly what I asked for, basically matching the highlights to my hair colour and getting rid of my split ends but keeping the same cut. I also has a fabulous blow-dry. The staff is polite but the salon itself needs a little bit of updating (some of the furniture is chipped) but the services are good and definitely great value for money!
