Sadaat - was very lovely and very professional - she double checked what I’d asked for as English isn’t her first language. She cut it beautifully - I LOVED the blow dry, she did me really lovely effortless curls - it was a very quick experience 40mins for a wash cut and blow dry - 10/10 will come again. All the ladies that worked there and the receptionist was very friendly and it was a good atmosphere.

There was just a lack of communication between the hair dresser and I. I was the only one in there with the stylists and then the music stopped about halfway through just making the atmosphere awkward. Overall the I really like the haircut just more communication from the hairdresser, especially because it was my first time, would have made it more comfortable and enjoyable.

Very simply put, if you want a decent haircut, don’t go here. Rude and inattentive staff. The girl who claimed to have 20 years of experience somehow managed to butcher what was a very simple haircut by anyone’s standards - slightly concerning to say the least...
