I did half head of highlights, cut and blow- dry three days ago. My hair look amazing! Staff was friendly , Stylist took time in consultation and was very attentive during the whole process. I am very pleased with results. The salon is very bright and clean.thanks chic touch team

Not sure why this place has such great reviews unless they are fake - the salon itself is very utilitarian and lacklustre, this is bargain basement hairdressing. I didn't get any kind of consultation about what I wanted before my hair was washed rather roughly and not very thoroughly. The cut took about 10mins, and I have long and very thick hair so that gives you an idea of the time and care taken over the job. The end result luckily looked fine but here was no feeling of pampering or care about this experience. The staff were very friendly but they need to improve the environment and the customer experience - I definitely wouldn't go back. I'd rather pay a bit more for my central London salon for a proper experience.
Not particularly impressed with this salon. Although staff is friendly, it is very busy and unlike most salons where the same hairdresser will do your colour and cut, you get shifted around. The staff's attitude could do with some improvement, as when someone wondered why they were getting shifted around, they did nothing to reassure, only responded, what can be perceived as, quite rudely "we are all the same". I appreciate that is was busy, but the only customer service is a quick, non-interested "happy with the work?" comment at the end. Will not be returning to this salon.
