I must say it was not a great experience. Went in to get shellac manicure done. First the lady put a top coat on and it turned out to be all bubbly. After asking her if it's fine, she reassured me after putting a colour it will be fine. After putting a colour coat on, nothing changed, it looked worse. I wanted to take this off straight away. Even though lady was nice,and did offer to do a normal manicure, which I had to take off after I got back home. Needless to say I could have saved money and painted nails myself.
Very disappointed, as was very looking forward to get my nails done and based on reviews expected good result. Needless to say they promised to refund the difference between shellac and manicure today, however nothing has been received obviously. Definitely won't be coming back

I was very pleased with my haircut and treatment overall!! Got lots of compliments for the look and style i was given! I had a certain style in mind and got exactly what i wanted.. Total value for money even! The team seemed brilliant and very accommodating to my requests!

The salon upstairs is quite busy but the treatment room is very relaxing The therapist was attentive and I had a good Swedish massage.

Lovely staff & hairdressers, really good result with the colour (half head highlights) - they really packed in the foils which has covered up the roots perfectly. Incredible value.
