The salon can get pretty busy and crowded and there are lots of members of staff moving around and asking you the same questions at all the times. Of course, everybody was very kind and just trying to give the best of attention, but it can get a bit annoying if you just want to enjoy a treatment and relax. The Brazilian blow dry itself was very cheap, but despite that very properly done.
The lady who did my pedicure was lovely but, and this is a very big but, it looked OK on the day however less than a week later the colour looked horrendous it was one colour in parts - the purple I had chosen - but pink and red in other parts. I am guessing this was more down to the polish than anything else but really not good value.
Charged extra for long hair as stated in t&c's. Added on £20 for toner which was unnecessary to be honest.
Service was average.
It is worth the money but not a relaxation beauty visit.
After a horrific experience at a different salon, I ran to Chic Touch to get a cut and full head of highlights (at an unbelievable price!) Obviously hesitant to let anyone near my head with a pair of scissors and blonde dye, I was soon put to ease by the expert stylists and salon manager. To be completely honest, I was a bit nervous as Betty, my stylist, worked very very quickly, but I soon realised it was because she is extremely good at what she does. My colour was matched and applied professionally and the cut was clean and exactly as I'd described in our consultation. Very nice staff, great treatment, and I will definitely be returning to this salon.
