No pressure was applied after the hot wax was removed which is not what i am used to and made it quite painful. Lady doing the waxing was lovely however

I had a wash and cut at the salon and I am very happy with the results. My hair was very damaged and I did not expect miracles, but Ersan took great care of my hair and gave me a nice massage as well as an amazing trim. He listened to what I needed and was very professional and at the end my hair looked great. Everyone at the salon is very friendly, I was offered drinks and it's also very clean and pleasant salon. Definitely coming back, thanks a lot! Yana

Highlights were ok, it wasnt what I wanted. Haircut was a very quick trim, literally about five snips with the scissors. Ambiance was nice though. Overall I would recommend if you want highlights on a budget.

Andy ,who did my highlights,haircut and blow dry ,was FANTASTIC!The colour was amazing and I loved the layers as well!Finally,I've found a real hairdresser in London!I am very pleased with my whole experience and will definitely come back for more treatments!

I had a half head of highlights at the salon and whilst the end result is fine, I was really not impressed with the experience at the salon. I was made to wait a long time before my appointment and the whole thing felt very rushed. I was not given a consultation beforehand, and the hairdresser was about to put bleach blonde highlights in my hair before I had to stop him and explain that I didn't want that! It was lucky I realised what was happening otherwise I would have been very upset with the result. The salon was not very professional either, no one offered to take my coat/scarf so they were left on the floor among the hair cuttings. These are only minor details but make a difference!
