The hairdresser was lovely. Since I wasn't sure what exactly I want to do with my hair she gave me a consultation on that and was very patient when I couldn't make a decision. Also she gave me some tips how to style them, so that was very helpful too.

It was not the first time i have done the brazilian keratin treatment and i must confess i was quite happy with the result. My hair is smooth, shiny and straight!

It was ok but the girls doing my manicure were talking in their own languages which I felt was rude because I couldn't understand them. This was not very professional & made me feel uncomfortable. Manicure was ok but machine broke down and service could b improved. But nails looked nice at the end but they started chipping after a few days.

Happy with the service. Gave the team free reign as couldn't decide what I wanted and I left the salon delighted with the result. The cut and blow dry were really good and I'm very happy with that, only little down side is that the colour is quite similar to my natural one so not much of a difference. The only critic I have is that my hair was full of knots after the wash (even after the conditioning treatment). I have very thin fine hair and the hairdresser didn't take much care when brushing them out which resulted in quite a lot of broken hair.
