I have had many perms in various salons around London over the past three years, and this was the best one I've gotten so far.
It was reasonably priced, as efficiently and gently administered as is possible with thick hair and a tight rod, I was asked about the style I was trying to achieve and the outcome is really lovely.
My hair now has lovely texture and volume, without that dry crinkly 80s look that I always fear. Hopefully it will last a decent time and I will be back for another!

Rude customer service - no greeting or farewell. Lack of explanation about what was happening, where or who was doing the treatment. Really didn’t feel at ease or that the therapist knew what she was doing - great threading but facial was dodgy. This appointment was immediately following lockdown so I understand teething problems while you get back into a routine but this was so so really unpleasant.

I loved it. My lashes are completely different. It looks as if I was wearing mascara 24/7.
The service was very well explained and the result is great.

I had highlights done and a haircut from Iche, she paid a lot of attention to detail and kept checking if everything was the way I wanted and liked. The other staff were also very kind and helpful, and really made sure that I was happy with the look and experience. I left feeling great and my hair was exactly what I wanted and more.
