Nice haircut, hairdresser listened to what I wanted. Was given a loyalty card to get future haircuts there for the same price which is really good value.

I went in for a gent's haircut this morning, Wash and Cut (£28.50), and the haircut I got was the worst I've ever had in my life. I don't think the woman was trained. I asked her to keep it in the same style as it was but just to shorten the sides and take about 1.5cm from the top. In every hairdressers I've ever been to they wash the hair first and then cut. This was the other way round!?!? She cut my hair so short I can't even recognise myself in the mirror and it looks HIDEOUS!!! The manager had to tell the hairdresser to wash my hair AFTER she had 'cut' it, to which I said, "No..". She then asked if I wanted any wax or gel to which I politely refused, then she gave me a dirty look. The whole experience was very very poor and disgustingly expensive. I have a sneaking suspicion that all the positive reviews on here are all fake so BE CAREFUL!

extremelly pleased. Upon arrival I was welcomed wirh warmth and offered a beverage. The hairdresser was very efficient and did an amazing job. Would definitely return! one of the best hairdressers I have been to:)

Thanks for great service at chic touch ,I'm a regular for waxing here. Always efficient and effective. Would recommend for those who are looking simple straight clean wax every time.
