Nelly, the hairdresser was lovely. Knowledgeable and helpful, it was a real pleasure to have my hair done by her. Will definitely be in touch. They did charge me an extra £10.00 for a minimum re-touch of my hair leght ( I had a cut two weeks earlier). However, the experience was so good, I was plannin gon leaving that amount as a tip, anyway.

The staff were friendly and efficient, and kept my appointment within two hours.
My main complaints were that I felt the stylist tried too hard to sell me products in the salon, and I also felt a little pressured into having a haircut as well as the Brazilian blow dry that I had originally booked in for. I said yes to the haircut, which I regrettedâ¦. I like my fringe cut straight, and the stylist started layering it before I could stop her!
I would return for a brazilian blow dry, but might avoid the cut next time.
