I have been doing Hollywood wax for last year and every time it s painful as hell, as expected since we re talking about The zone. But this time, it was quick and an amazingly pleasant experience in sense of pain and person doing that job. I m going back for sure!

I was late 15min, but they were happy to accommodate me as there were no District line trains that day. They told me that I've paid for Deep Dial which means Ombre, but I wanted a Balayage - but due to technical reasons, I needed to have a toner, etc - I was charged an additional £55 on top of my £85. I was told extra £40, which then changed to £55, thought it was quite steep, but difficult to argue if I don't know the reasons why the change of prices hence the technical difficulty, etc. Mena, the hairstylist, was very patient and precise with my highlights, she did an amazing job putting my long hair in foils, which took 2h. After highlights and colouring, I've asked for a keratin treatment, and paid an additional £79. Everybody was lovely, but the whole treatment took 4h30; but they were happy to continue working until 8pm on a Saturday. My hair was beautiful, my wallet was light... well, a girl must have a special day once a year, but make sure you understand what you need before buying the voucher. The owners are very accommodating, so give them a call beforehand and purchase the right treatment before going to the salon :) thank you!

I have never had a relaxing wax before, usually I am fighting back tears and biting my jumper sleeve (maybe because i'm a bit of a pussy) but Swee is very gentle and made sure i was as comfortable as possible. She is also great to talk to which helps distract from the pain! Their is also really chilled out music playing which made me want to fall asleep.

Swee was such an amazingly sweet lady who really took her time and was careful when I received the Hollywood waxing. The rest of the salon seemed a little unatmospheric but See really made up for it. I'll be back for sure!
