i arrived 8 minutes late however was told by receptionist very bluntly it was 10. receptionist was extremely passive aggressive. i had paid for a treatment said she would leave it for 3 minutes was about 30 seconds. head was itchy after due to quickest wash and lack of rinsing.. staff disinterested. worst hair salon experience i ever had. felt due to being late and advance paymemt they didnt give a crap. manager sat next to me at the end asking me questions too little too late. dont go there!

What and wonderful gem of a salon. I would highly recommend it.
I was made to feel very welcome and the stylist Eggie is extremely professional and very talented. I will definitely return.

- Tried them twice for a wax incase they had an off day, they didn't!

A great gel manicure & pedicure. Really thorough, great colour choice, paid attention to my cuticles, removed dead skin on feet & sat in a lovely back massaging chair. Really friendly service too. 10/10.
