I would highly recommend Betty who is an excellent hairdresser. The cut and blow dry she gave me was better than ones I have had previously at other salons which cost much more. I am happy to have found this hairdresser and will return for all future haircuts

Polite and friendly staff who are willing to offer advice on their services. Ombre hair colouring - I was talked through the best options for colours to suit my hair type and service was great, definetley recommend this salon if you wish have good service thanks chic touch.

I came to this salon about a month ago for highlights and a cut. The colour was streaky and the layering in the cut was like steps. After requesting a refund I was told that wasn't possible but I could come back for it to be re-done. I was worried about going back but did so this weekend. The colour is now blended better although I have some rather odd strong bleach-blonde streaks on the hair around my ears?! With the cut, the layering was blended more and now is a softer shape although having asked for the shortest layer not to go any shorter it has done.
All in all I would now go back there which I wouldn't have done after the first time. The stylists are very friendly and the atmosphere is cosy
