I had a wonderful experience when I came in July but unfortunately my recent experience was not satisfactory. I paid for a half head of highlights and a cut which was £80. I asked to have alternate one highlight one low light, but was told they would do something slightly different but I trusted them. Instead, what I have got is a lovely set of highlights and then random spots of brown on my hair.
What I am more upset about is I booked half a head because last time the hair salon told me my hair is in bad condition - which it is. But I was convinced to have a full head. At the end, the hairdresser told me - you can only have a T section next time as it’s so bad? So why make me pay £150 to ruin my hair further.
I feel so upset, as the staff are lovely although the lady that did my hair was very moody. I’ve now paid double the price for something I personally dislike.
Having had hair thinning and loss, I want to feel confident but this has made me feel worse.
