After reading the glowing reviews on Treatwell I thought id try a new Salon.chic touch did not disappoint - I received the best highlights, cut and blow dry I've had for ages. The colour is great!!mena has given my hair a really natural lift - love it! Everyone in the salon was lovely and very attentive. I will be back.
I had a Half Head Highlights or Full Head Block Colour with Haircut and Blow Dry and have awarded it 5 stars.
Fantastic hairdressing - lovely stylist and a great experience. I would definitely return again - great customer service and was amazing atmosphere would recommend this salon.
Best colour I have had in a long time, time was taken to listen to what I wanted rather than rushing in. Cut and dry also fab, REALLY god value for money.thanks chic touch
My haircut ended up being fine, but I didn't find visiting the salon a particularly relaxing or enjoyable experience. Staff milled around on their phones, it was very quiet for a Saturday afternoon. I wasn't given a robe when my hair was washed, so I ended up getting water down my back. I noticed when my hair was being cut that a used/dirty razor was in the trolley next to me and then it was used on my hair! Also when my hair was initially cut, one side was shorter than the other.
I'm surprised by the high marks being given out for this salon, I would say it is a below average neighbourhood hairdressers. Not awful by any means, but I certainly won't be returning.
