I was happy about my haircut. The brushing was good. However when I arrived I was asked to pay a 10 pound extra because of my hair length (long). That was not in the deal I paid for on Treatwell! As I was surprised and needed the haircut and blow-dry that day I agreed, but well had no choice, had already paid on Treatwell, how would I be refunded? and it already took me time to book. And then when I left I wanted to pay the extra 10 pounds by card, but was told that the machine was not working so had to cross the road and come back to give those 10 pounds. Found all of that a bit dodgy, so will not go back. If that event did not happen, I would have recommended the place. A bit unfortunate for me.

The salon itself was nice and the lady who did my hair was very friendly. Considering hairdressers often take 3 hours to do a full head of highlights & cut on me (I have thick hair) I was impressed that I was in and out in just over 2. The only thing that let it down, was that the magazines were a year or so out of date, so next time I will be bringing my own!

Wow! One of the best hairdressing experience I've had in London. My highlights were done with speed and precision (excellent colour matching) followed buy a relaxing wash / deep conditioning & head massage. My hair cut is fabulous, the hair stylish listened to my needs but also made some great style suggestions; such quality services for such a good price.

Had a stunninng cut and blow dry at Chic touch, very happy indeed with the service and the outcome. A friend recommended the place after my last go to salon closed down, I was not let down in the slightest. Would normally take 3-4 visits to different salons to find one that suits but found it in one :) Many thanks!!
