I was seen at my appointment time. The staff were very friendly & welcoming. I was very pleased with the colour of my hair after explaining the colour I wanted. As I wanted to keep my hair long not too much was taken off but enough to keep it healthy. Nice coffee too.

Thought it would be good with all the reviews. Went there, staff were friendly, location and salon cleanliness was fine. The actual quality of the highlights and haircut were terrible. At the salon it seemed fine, maybe the lighting and the way they blowdried it. She looked like she new what she was doing but as soon as people saw my hair in natural light...disaster! Highlights are not blended in my roots are sticking out, looks really streaky (when I asked for it not to be), I asked for nice and I got a straight cut. They do not even have haircolour they use bleach and then toner. So my hair feels so rough, straw like and super damaged. Lady was lovely but overall haircut/highlights - Big no no for me.
