I went there to do highlights and really enjoyed all of the experience. Friendly and professional staff and with great sense to details. They really cared about me being happy with my hair and were very thorough and precise. Highly recommended!

I paid for an "Individual Eyelash Extension". It was the worst eyelash extension I ever had and it certainly wasn't individual lashes. The lashes were applied in clusters and within ten days they all fell out. The lady who was applying the lashes was lovely, but she didn't do a good job. I had individual eyelashes applied before at a different establishment and they lasted almost six weeks. There is a big difference in individual and cluster lashes and they should know, if they want to offer this service. Very disappointing.

The salon was welcoming and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and the stylist really listened to what I wanted.
