I had a wash, deep conditioning treatment and blow dry and a haircut to fix one i had the previous day and i reward it 5stars. The haircut is great, the lady did a great job at fixing my hair and i will definitely go back. She was very nice and professionnal and you could tell she knew what she was talking about, very reassuring.
I am not sure i had the deep conditionning treatment but i dont really care as i only came for the cut.
The only negative point is that i had to pay an extra for the cut. My mistake though, not their, as i booked for a wash and blow dry and didnt realise the cut was not always including (which i find a bit funny when you go to the hairdresser).
Overall great experience, i recommend it and will go back!
Where to start. I have never had a worse haircut. My hairdresser couldn't speak English and so had to translate from the boss the entire way through. It was very uncomfortable. I'm also not convinced that she knew how to cut hair as she looked to the boss for direction. The cut is shoddy and uneven. I have an angled bob and I now need it recut as she cut in chunks without a clean line. It's horrific! On top of that, I asked for a curled blow dry with volume and she put rollers in for 5 minutes, took them out and left it with my hair sticking out at all angles. She blow dried my fringe at the wrong angle and when she complained, the boss coated it in hairspray so that I had to rewash it when I get home. I will be taking this up with them directly as I believe I am due a refund.
