I did not get the service since they do not offer gel, but shellac, so the could not remove the gel I had on and would not return me my money. Extremely disappointing!

I have initially booked in for half head, but have been convinced to go for full head for £25 extra. The service itself was pretty good, although the end result was much lighter and dramatic to what I wanted. The blow dry was very basic, nothing fancy - I didn't get asked what I wanted. When I got home and checked the full head package price online, it turned out to be only £15 extra than the price given to me, so I feel that it's unfair to overcharge me. To sum up, nice little salon, good service, very poor value. Won't be returning.
