I had a full face wax at this salon- this was my first time visiting this salon, and was warmly welcomed by the gentleman at the front, the therapist was lovely too and was very quick! Thank you

The place is nice, clean and new, but first when Intold the guy that I want to keep the same time Inalready have, that I don't want to go darker, he push me to go a tone up, saying he can't guarantee the one I want (the same I already had), what should I do? Insist and risk to have a bad job done? Or accept his colour choice? For you are a true colonist you know how to get the colour your customers want.
The worse: the hair cut, it was horrible done, I just want straight cut and the hair wasn't even, I have parts up to one inch long, a totally disaster, I don't think the girl is a hairdresser.
The blow dry was good.
And as I have long hair I have to pay an extra (fair enough, it says that in the website), however the website said £10 and the guy wants £25, I refused to payout, so I had to google it and show to him. Also he accept only cash ?????
The last the treatment I book, was colour, treatment, cut and blow dry, was no treatment at all, normal shampoo and conditioner. And they out me under a hot lamp when colouring.
I won't recommend the place, unless is for a quick blow dry.
