Chemicals smelt and hair was pulled a bit, but otherwise staff seemed dedicated to making sure I got a good result.

Lovely friendly staff and brilliant set of highlights. Overall very happy with the treatment I booked, one star off for the coercing into an unnecessary lip wax at the end.
