I had a treatment cut and blowdry. Loved the head massage with the treatment. Professional and experienced hairdresser. Very happy with my cut and appointment. Will book again.

Honestly the most disorganised salon. They kept changing who was doing my hair and they all had different thoughts on what I wanted. I wanted the straighteners through my hair but the guy said he could do it better with a blow dryer and a brush so I let him. When he was drying my hair he kept blowing on the hair (to cool it I suppose) but he had the WORST BREATH and kept burning me. Then they "had to" charge extra to cut my long hair short! Seems like a good deal but you end up paying the same amount with all the extras! My boyfriend also had the worst haircut of his life. They just seemed to think they knew better...I'm not going back

Booked for eyebrow threading, but the member of staff 'wasn't available' so had eyebrows waxed instead. Not the end of the world, but rather annoying.
Nails were okay, plenty of colours to choose from but they chipped after about 6 days, and application was slightly sloppy.
Venue itself was clean, but overall the experience lacked an element of professionalism.

Really good treatment - got the stubborn curls at my neckline straight, that had not taken the last 2 I did elsewhere. They were very careful to ask what I wanted and do it exactly so - they checked a lot and I found that really reassuring. I am quite particular, but they managed to get everything just as i liked. Also the first hairdresser ever to actually cut the amount I asked for. He was very careful given I am growing my hair out to only get the split ends - thank you! Overall, really good value for a really good Brazilian blowdry. I have finally found my regular salon :)
