I arrived on time but the therapist was 10 mins late. She gave no apology just kept saying how bad the traffic was. The wax was quick but not very thorough and the place didn't feel that clean. I won't be going back.

I'm very happy with my appointment, Mena was super, she explained every step and gave me advice on how to take care of my hair between cuts. Ad my hair looks great and "alive" now :) I will definitely be back there for my next appointment
