Lovely staff & good deep conditioning treatment. My hair color ended up costing an extra 20 GBP for a toner, but the stylist was generous and did a few extra pieces of highlights underneath. The ultimate color wasn't at all what I was hoping for, but that is probably due to my expectations mostly, rather than lack of skill. My husband got a massage, and he said the therapist was great, but the bed itself quite hard. Otherwise, really nice.
