The staff is very nice, however be prepared for the things others mentioned in their reviews: Basement floor, hairdresser upstairs with the noise from hairdryers, getting stuck to the floor, as the room is also used for waxing.

The room did not feel very comfortable and I was not relaxed as it was very small and cramped. I do have to say though that the wax was done extremely well, quick and painless! Great job!
