What a fantastic place. Ticked all the boxes. Grace clearly set out everything and answered all of my questions during what was a very straightforward, professional and reassuring consultation ... then onto my treatment which was all that I had hoped for and more. Grace provided a perfect balance of professionalism and feedback without resorting to any confusing jargon and meaningless chit-chat. Fantastic - loved it - definitely 5 stars (wish I could give more!) I'll be back again soon
