Excellent holistic massage treatment using top quality products in a beautiful calm & serene treatment room. Grace gives personal advice on best treatments to suit individual clients’ needs with a wide range of treatments available. She is meticulous in her care, knowledge and advice given to clients and the whole experience was far more personal than that offered by high street clinical beauty salons. She takes real interest in giving her clients the best possible experience and outcome.

I had a wonderful experience at Shi’Zen! Grace was pleasant, knowledgeable and reassuring. She took care of my sensitive skin issues with patience and much care. I was very happy with the treatments and I left feeling refreshed and renewed with clear and beautiful skin plus with easy to follow tips for the maintenance. She is a “skin whisperer” who I highly recommend to anyone especially with sensitive skin concerns. 5 stars!

Initially I was slightly apprehensive of the treatment but Grace provided a very reassuring detailed account of events, whilst checking ok throughout. The end results were far better than I imagined and the healing process much quicker than anticipated. Overall the results are amazing and so pleased that I had the tags and blemishes removed.
