Grace is fantastic as always. I love her bespoke facials. Her neck, shoulder and hand massages are amazing. I always feel so refreshed after. This is one of my must have reoccurring appointments not only for self care but keeping sane with a baby.

Grace gives personal advice on best treatments to suit individual clients’ needs with a wide range of treatments available. She is meticulous in her care, knowledge and advice given to clients and the whole experience was far more personal than that offered by high street clinical beauty salons. She takes real interest in giving her clients the best possible experience and outcome.

I had a wonderful experience at Shi’Zen! Grace was pleasant, knowledgeable and reassuring. She took care of my sensitive skin issues with patience and much care. I was very happy with the treatments and I left feeling refreshed and renewed with clear and beautiful skin plus with easy to follow tips for the maintenance.
